The services provided by Odie’s Mission LLC are intended solely to assist in locating lost pets through targeted digital advertising. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Ad Services – Odie’s Mission LLC will create and manage digital advertisements based on the information provided by the customer. These ads will be displayed within a 5-mile radius of the pet’s last known location to increase visibility unless additional area is requested.
Customer Information – The customer consents to the use and public display of their provided contact details, pet information, and images for the purpose of running the advertisement. Odie’s Mission LLC is not responsible for any third-party use of this publicly shared information.
Liability Disclaimer – Odie’s Mission LLC is not liable for any communications received as a result of the advertisement, including but not limited to fraudulent contacts, unrelated inquiries, solicitations, or any other form of communication. The customer assumes all responsibility for interactions stemming from the advertisement.
Ad Duration & Cancellation – The ad will run continuously until the customer notifies Odie’s Mission LLC via email, phone, or text that the pet has been found. At that point, ad services will cease.
Refund Policy – Any remaining, unspent advertising budget will be refunded to the customer upon cancellation of the ad campaign. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of notification. Odie’s Mission LLC will retain a non refundable 25% of agreed advertising budget as an agency fee
Payment Terms – All services must be paid for upfront. The customer is responsible for selecting the budget allocated for the advertising campaign.
No Guarantee of Results – While Odie’s Mission LLC aims to maximize the chances of locating a lost pet, we do not guarantee results, including pet recovery or the effectiveness of the advertising campaign.
